A syllabus is the guiding document to your class. It contains important information such as the class attendance policy, required technology, learning objectives, professor contact info, and course calendar. Have a question? It's probably in the syllabus!

Your professor may have handed you a print copy of your syllabus in the first week of class. You might also find an online copy in Canvas or your email.

Hang on to your syllabuses! They are very important documents. Always check your syllabus before asking your professor a question about deadlines or expectations.
