Who can reserve rooms? How do I reserve a room?

Students cannot currently reserve library rooms, but study rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis.

All study rooms are on the 2nd floor. Most are around the top of the staircases, but there are 3 rooms available next to the Center for Women and Gender Equality and 3 in the center of the book stacks. You can also study at any of our open tables, individual study carrels, or booth seating.

Faculty can request to reserve library classrooms for library instruction, meetings, or one-time events.

Faculty can also request a faculty study room in the library.
