Paul Meek Library FAQs

The group study rooms are not soundproof, but many people do not realize this and don't mean to be disruptive. If you feel comfortable, politely remind them that there are other individuals trying to study. 

If you have already tried this or do not feel comfortable, you can text the library (731-503-4874), use the Ask Us chat, or  come to the circulation desk to ask for help. Let them know where the disruptive group or individual is located.

There are 3 study rooms located in the center of the book stacks and 3 next to the Center for Women and Gender Equality. These rooms tend to be quieter so you may want to see if they are available if you want a quiet environment.
